Prunedale Mini-Storage Associates dba Prunedale Self Storage and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following terms, and conditions.

Promotions and Offers:

Please contact management to inquire about any current promotions, specials or offers. Pricing subject to change. Please note that other fees and/or taxes may be imposed on rented spaces or merchandise purchases. Actual unit sizes may vary from approximate size estimate. Please inspect any unit before renting.

Refunds-All Transactions are Final:

If you rent a storage unit or space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period for which you have paid, including prepaid rent. The rental period starts on the first (1st) of month. If you rent on any other date, you’re rent will be pro-rated to the end of the current month. Monies paid for the rental will not be refunded unless an error has been made.
Merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Prunedale Mini-Storage Associates dba Prunedale Self Storage, its contractors, its licensors and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including legal fee, arising out of your use of the website and services, including but not limited to out of your violation of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions.
